RANGE RULES
and REGULATIONS
1. Members are allowed only one guest on the range. Guests UNDER 12 YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. (Immediate family such as mother, father, son, daughter and grandchildren are not considered guests, but must be accompanied by a member.)
2. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ENSURE SAFE GUN HANDLING while on club grounds.
All firing is to be done from club defined firing lines.
3. NO SHOOTING AT ANYTHING BUT A PAPER TARGET ON DESIGNATED TARGET WOOD STANDS. NO METAL STANDS.
No bottles, cans, balloons, containers of any kind, clay pigeons, or exploding targets. Mid range target placement must be elevated to ensure bullets strike on berms.
4. NO AUTOMATIC WEAPONS are allowed on the range without prior approval of the member body.

POSITION. NO HANDLING OF GUNS WHEN SOMEONE IS

8. Hand traps are not allowed on the rifle range at any time. They are allowed on the old Trap Field.
9. The firing of shot is not allowed on the rifle/pistol Range unless it is in conjunction with a match that requires such ammunition.
10. LOADED HANDGUNS MUST BE KEPT HOLSTERED AT ALL TIMES IN THE CLUBHOUSE. Rifles and shotguns MUST NEVER BE LOADED in the clubhouse.
11. ALL MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING the clubhouse and grounds. Clean up after yourself, and pick up casings after you finish shooting.

14. Ex members are not allowed to use the range.
15 Any member reported to the Board of directors for violating any of the above rules may be called to a
hearing of the Board of Directors, and if found in violation, may be suspended, or be expelled from the membership.
